More January Layouts

I made some more cute Doodlebug layouts this month, this time with their Anchors Aweigh collection.  For this first layout of Nathan's swim class, I was inspired by Rochelle's sketch and the circle balloon elements in Stacy's inspiration photo.

I also scrapped these super-cute pictures of Nathan's trip to our aquarium.

Kicking off 2019

In 2019, Nathan insists on brushing his own teeth, and he wants to do it all the time.

We had another good snow and Nathan enjoyed making snow angels in the backyard.

He also likes playing any game that involves chasing each other around the house (like superheros v. bad guys, or police men v. bad guys, or carnivore dinosaurs v. herbivore dinosaurs).  He is such a ball of energy!

This week we went to our children's museum and had lunch at Nathan's favorite restaurant to celebrate the fact that he is night potty trained.  He is getting so big!

Fotobella Guest Designer

I was excited to be asked to guest design for Fotobella! I received this Christmas-themed package featuring Graphic 45 Christmas Magic.  As soon as I saw this paper, I immediately thought that it would be perfect to create these pretty and easy to make Christmas tags!

One of my favorite parts of my guest design package is Fotobella's selected fibers and embellishments that coordinate with Graphic 45 Christmas Magic.  As soon as I saw them I had the idea to use them to create gift bags.  I hope I inspired you to create your own gift bag!

Christmas Part 3

We ended our Christmas travel tour in Indiana to spend time with Jesse's dad's side of the family.  Nathan had a lot of fun playing games with Meemaw No-No,

exploring Indianapolis' huge children's museum with Grandpa Thomas, which had fun interactive dinosaur, space, and train exhibits,

and exploring the Thomas farm and cabin.

We also exchanged presents

and had a lot of fun goofing around.

We had a great trip, and just look at how adorable these twinsies are!  (We didn't even plan this outfit coordination).

Christmas Part 2

We spent Christmas in Florida this year for the first time, and saw my mom's new house!

It wouldn't be Christmas without cookie decorating, and Nathan decorated his own this year.  They were quite tasty.

It was warm enough to hang out at the beach (though we couldn't swim), and we found lots of fun sea shells on Anna Maria Island.

We attended my mom's church for a Christmas Eve service.  They put on quite the extensive production, including a live donkey!

Nathan was especially animated on Christmas morning, and loved all of his presents.

Last but not least, we visited a wildlife rehabilitation center where Nathan and Chloe were able to pet a boa constrictor, baby alligator, and a tortoise!
