I wanted to make a bright, fun banner for this challenge and Creative Imaginations' Piece of Cake - Balloon Animals paper was just what I was looking for. The paper has a series of diamonds that I cut in half to make triangles for my banner. To finish the page, I used a bright white cardstock to make the colors in this layout pop even more.
