Our 4th

Happy Independence Day!  Nathan enjoyed "seeing" his first fireworks when we went to the park and caught a neighborhood fireworks display (we did not stay out long enough to see the official show).


I also got to do some scrapbooking and chose to scrap pictures from our 4th of July celebration two years ago.  I used C'est Magnifique's July sketch for this layout.  


This next layout is inspired by Sketches in Thyme.


Here are the two layouts side by side.


Over that Independence Day weekend, we also spent time in Connecticut with my family.  I created this layout using My Creative Sketches' June sketch.
