CE August Challenge

Creative Embellishments has their August Challenge up on their blog!  The background of this month's inspiration photo reminded me of crackle paint, so I used crackle paint on some of the chipboard pieces I put on these cards.  I used the Heart Balloon Set and painted two of the three balloons in each cluster blue with liquid pearls, and then added a thick layer of crackle paint on top for plenty of texture.  For the middle balloons and "string," I used gold stickles.  I used the same two treatments for the hashtag titles on these cards, which came from the Valentine's Hashtags set.  Enter this month's challenge for a chance to win a gift certificate to Creative Embellishments' store!
